Please Clean Up after your Pet!

We have received several complaints about dog waste matter on sidewalks and private property.

Please clean up after your pet if it deposits waste matter onto someone else's property, properly, including sidewalks, curbs, and streets. Please see Washington County, OR - Code of Ordinances:

6.04.235 - Dog waste matter.

It shall be unlawful for any dog owner or keeper to allow their dog to deposit feces on any property other than that of the dog owner.
It shall be a defense to this section if the dog owner immediately removes the feces and disposes of it in an appropriate waste container.
A violation of WCC 6.04.330 is a Class D Civil Infraction.
